This is Lance Armstrong training with kettle bells as part of his intense workout regimen.  Two kettle bells are all that you need to increase muscular endurance, lose fat, and build size and strength. Kettle bells do not take up much space so you can train in your apartment, backyard, garage, or go outside and get some fresh air. Kettle bell training is a form of training that will not only improve the appearance of your physique, it will give you strength and mental toughness that you did not know was even possible. Is kettle bell training the be all end all of working out? No, it is simply a very effective way to train and enhance whatever program you are on.  I keep them at home so when I do feel lazy to go to the gym, I can just have a workout at home.

Here is an example of some kettle bell exercises that I do at home:

1.  abdominal:  kettle bell windmill, figure 8

2.  shoulders: kettle bell one-arm presses, Arnold press,  double kettle bell push ups

3.  chest:  leg-over floor press, one-arm floor press

4.  legs:  double kettle bell snatch, swings and dead cleans.

*For other exercises and information about how to perform them you can find them at http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/kettlebells.htm

Kettle bells are effective and cheap to buy.  Remember, you only need two.  They can build strength, muscle, endurance and flexibility.
