That is me in the above picture. I am the guy on the left. The big guy on the right is my trainer, Butch Paradis. I have basically learned everything I know about natural bodybuilding through him. I met him towards the end of 2004 through a mutual friend. He trained me for my first show in 2005, Musclemania in East Haven, CT. I have trained with him on and off ever since.  Here is photo taken at the 2009 Musclemania held at East Haven, CT. I am on the right. Butch is in the middle and my good friend, Chad Frazier, is on the left. Everybody shown here trains under Butch Paradis. He definitely "spits" out winners. Chad's first competition was the 2009 OCB "Spirit of America", where he won 1st place in the Novice. |  This is me at the 2009 OCB "Spirit of America". I took 1st place in the Master's 40+ Lightweight and 2nd place in the Open Lightweight Division. The guy next to me in the pic won the overall title.
